Babes in the Shade was created after a fruitless search for long-sleeved sun shirts which were UPF 50+, chlorine resistant, stylish and affordable.
Our mission is to create sun protection clothing for children that is:
- Gorgeous - stylish, colourful designs children will want to wear
- Good quality - our products are UPF 50+ (as tested by ARPANSA) and resistant to chlorine and seawater (RMIT)
- Affordable - we strive to keep our rashies and swimwear good value to parents. (We rely heavily on word-of-mouth advertising by parents ra
