Prices

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.  International customers will not be charged GST.  GST will be removed from the order at checkout.

Postage and Handling

Babes in the Shade has free postage to any Australian destination (yay!) and a flat rate of $14 ($12.73 once GST has been removed) for international destinations.   Once items have been paid for, they will be dispatched within 2 working days.  Babes in the Shade uses regular Australia Post.  If you require an item urgently, we are able to send via Express Post for a modest fee.  Please contact us during office hours should you require this service.

Returns

We expect that you will love your Babes in the Shade product as much as we do.  If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, we will happily provide a refund or exchange.  Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition with tags still attached.  Please include a note explaining the reason for the return along with your daytime telephone number.  If you find your item faulty after less than 6 months of use, we will replace or repair it at our discretion.  

Security

Babes in the Shade uses the PayPal system to ensure payment is processed securely.  PayPal automatically encrypts your information in transit from your computer to their service using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  This has an encryption key length of 128 bits - the highest level commercially available.

Privacy Statement

No personal information provided to Babes in the Shade will be passed on to a third party.  All personal information will be stored in a safe manner and will only be used for the reason you provided it.
