Returns and Exchanges Policy
We expect that you will love your Babes in the Shade product as much as we do. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, we will happily provide a refund or exchange. Items must be returned (to PO Box 295, Clayfield, QLD 4011) within 30 days of purchase, in original and unused condition with tags still attached. Please complete the returns form (sent with your order) explaining the reason for the return, or the item you would like to exchange. If you no longer have the returns form, please print one off here. If you require an exchange urgently, simply order the new size online and choose the express option. Then return the other item to our PO box requesting a refund. Customers are responsible for postage costs on returns. Refunds are not available on clearance items however we can offer an exchange or store credit.
If you believe your item is faulty please return to us for assessment together with proof of purchase. We will only exchange or refund within 6 months of purchase and only if we deem it to be a genuine manufacturing fault.
Babes in the Shade has free postage to any Australian destination (yay!) Once items have been paid for, they will be dispatched within 2 working days. During our peak months, we try to get all orders placed before 12pm sent that afternoon. Babes in the Shade uses regular Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for expected delivery times. For small orders of 1 item only we will send as a large letter, not a parcel, so delivery times could be longer. As we offer free shipping this is our only economical option for delivery. If you require an item urgently, we are able to send via Express Post for a $5 fee available at checkout.
We can deliver overseas for a flat fee of $15. Any import duty or sales tax within your country will be your responsibility. You will not be charged Australian GST (goods and services tax).
